New Learning Management System for internal and external users.
The procurement concerns a Learning Management System (LMS) solution for the PostNord Group. The solution shall support learning and competence development across PostNord’s organization and will be used by both internal users and external users who perform services for or on behalf of PostNord, such as consultants, transport providers, service point partners and other business partners.

PostNord currently envisages one LMS solution that can support both internal and external learning needs. The solution may consist of one or two learning platforms, for example one platform primarily intended for internal users, and one platform or portal primarily intended for external users. Regardless of the proposed setup, the solution shall enable a coherent learning experience, administration and governance model.
The procurement covers the LMS solution, including the relevant learning platform or platforms, implementation-related services and related services required for the establishment, operation, support, maintenance and further development of the solution during the agreement period.

The solution shall support administration, access management, reporting, integrations, and learning records across different user groups, business areas and countries. Detailed functional, technical, commercial and contractual requirements will be specified in the tender documents. The Agreement will have an initial period of four (4) years, with the possibility to extend the Agreement twelve (12) months, up to four (4) times. Maximum Agreement period: eight (8) years.
